Final specifications, quality parameters, packing, quantity, price, incoterms, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the sales contract for each shipment.

The buyer is responsible for confirming that the goods, labelling, and documentation meet the import regulations, standards, and duty requirements of the destination country before shipment.

The buyer must provide accurate consignee, address, and documentation details. We are not responsible for delays or penalties caused by incorrect information supplied by the buyer.

You may withdraw an enquiry at any time before a proforma invoice is accepted, by replying to our email or messaging us on WhatsApp — no charge applies.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is governed by the sales contract for that order. Costs already incurred for procurement, custom packing, printing, inspection, or freight booking may be recoverable from the buyer.

The website is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AS EXIME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or market loss, arising from use of this website or from shipment delay, carrier delay, customs action, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
