Quality Checks We Run Before Every Export Shipment
Export buyers cannot visit the warehouse before every shipment — so the supplier's quality process is what protects them. At AS EXIME, every order passes through a fixed inspection routine before it is cleared for loading. First, incoming goods are checked against the agreed specification: grade, size, moisture, colour and count. For food products, we verify the batch details and shelf life, and for regulated items we confirm the FSSAI or APEDA documentation is in order. Second, packing is inspected. Cartons must be export-grade, correctly labelled with product name, net weight, batch and origin, and strong enough for stacking inside a container. Third, at loading time we supervise container stuffing: cartons are stacked to allow air circulation for fresh produce, desiccants are added where needed, and the container is sealed with a numbered seal that is shared with the buyer. Finally, the complete document set — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificate where required, and bill of lading — is prepared and shared before the vessel sails. This routine is how we keep claims near zero and buyers coming back. If you would like our inspection checklist for your product category, send us an enquiry.
